Enduring life changes can occur with participants who are willing and open to changing their behaviors to become self-sufficient. Coaches work with participants for about 3-5 hours monthly to create budgets, increase financial skills and knowledge, improve credit scores, and pursue higher paying jobs.
Coaches are financially self-sufficient and have life experiences that are matched with coaching program participants.
